- التسجيل والدخول: يتطلب الوصول إلى بعض المنصات والأنظمة الأكاديمية تسجيل الدخول باستخدام حساب Google المعتمد. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية معلومات حسابك وأمنه.
- الاستخدام المقبول: تتعهد باستخدام الخدمات والأدوات الرقمية للجامعة للأغراض الأكاديمية والتعليمية والإدارية المصرح بها فقط، والامتناع عن أي استخدام غير مشروع أو محاولة تعطيل أمن الأنظمة.
2. الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات والأنظمة والعلامات التجارية والمواد التعليمية المتاحة على موقع (https://upafa.org/
) هي ملك لجامعة أفريقيا الفرنسية العربية (UPAFA) أو مرخصة لها، وهي محمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية وحقوق النشر. لا يجوز نسخ أو توزيع أو إعادة إنتاج أي محتوى دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
3. المصادقة والوصول عبر Google OAuth
تتيح الجامعة للمستخدمين إمكانية الربط والمصادقة عبر Google OAuth لتسهيل الوصول الآمن. يخضع استخدام بيانات الحساب المجمعة عبر Google لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا، ويمكن للمستخدم في أي وقت إلغاء الصلاحيات الممنوحة للتطبيق من خلال إعدادات حساب Google الخاص به.
4. إخلاء المسؤولية وتحديد الإلتزام
تسعى الجامعة لضمان استمرارية ودقة الخدمات الإلكترونية والمعلومات المعروضة على المنصة، إلا أن الخدمات تُقدّم “كما هي” دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية بشأن الخلو التام من الأخطاء أو الانقطاعات الفنية المؤقتة.
5. التعديلات على شروط الخدمة
تحتفظ الجامعة بحق تعديل أو تحديث شروط الخدمة هذه في أي وقت. يتم نشر التحديثات مباشرة على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ التعديل. استمرارك في استخدام المنصة بعد نشر التعديلات يُعد موافقة منك عليها.
